More's the pity it doesn't. QuickDraw/GX and ATSUI fonts don't get
directly enabled either :(

That'd be easiest if one has easy access to them, elsewise one'll be
wrestling with unadobe and all the other utils for this sort of thing.

Moving to teTeX/TeXShop will help a lot with this (ditto for cMacTeX
since it uses tetex as well)
