[Mac OS X TeX] Default Font in TeXShop

<x-flowed>> Is there any way to change the default font in TeXShop ?

 From within TeXShop: menu Format, then item Font (or more simply Cmd-T), 
then choose the font.

I personnally use Monaco (or any monospaced font) in both TeXShop and 
Mail, as I like to be able to align items in the input for formulae 
tables etc.
