[lucida] Install lucida from Y&Y on MacTeX

Hi Maurizio,
first of all you have to run mktexlsr.  This creates/updates the file
database, which probably doesn't exist for texmf-local when you
formerly used MiKTeX.

According to the error message the tfm file is not found and kpathsea
tries to create ond ftom the Metafont sources.  But this should be
fixed after running mktexlsr.

Then you have to run updmap-sys.  You get help with

  updmap --help
