[lucida] need to manually specify bold/italic fonts with current fontspec

You have the Lucida files in the TEXMF tree. That is only searched
by XeTeX if you use filenames. Put the Lucida files into
~/Library/Fonts/  and it should also work with
\setmainfont{Lucida Bright OT}
