[lucida] need to manually specify bold/italic fonts with current fontspec

 From current fontspec documentation:

"Fonts selected by filename must include bold and italic variants 
explicitly."

However, using the symbolic name

\setmainfont[Scale=0.92]{Lucida Bright OT}

should work.
