[lucida] kerning table

Dear list

I just wanted to share some work I did last year on a lualatex-based kerning list for the lucida font. It is not at all complete or perfect but I get pretty decent results with it. 

I am aware that this can not be officially distributed (see [1]). I just thought it could be a good starting point for others who would like to have some sort of basic kerning for their lucida fonts.
