[lucida] Arrows in Lucida OpenType

Hi again,

I tried my luck with fontforge even though I have no idea how to use that
program. Nevertheless I managed to measure the distance between the
baseline and the lower spline of U+2192, arrowright, and of unicode U+2212,
minus.
I have no idea in which units fontforge displays the distance but the lower
line of "arrowright" lies at height 268 and the lower line of "minus" lies
at height 298. This might be more informative for some of you than the pdfs
I created.
