[lucida] Installing BH Lucida on teTeX

Hi,

I've just bought the Bigelow & Holmes complete Lucida set and am
having problems installing it.

My platform:

FreeBSD 8.1-PRERELEASE amd64

teTeX-3.0_4

I followed the instructions as outlined in the email sent to me.

I get this when trying to build the sample doc:

I've tried searching the archive for info on teTeX installation but
without luck.

Could somebody give me a clue as to what to do to get things going?

The proper way to do it, would be to install TeXLive but unfortunately
it *still* hasn't been ported to FreeBSD.
