[lucida] Lucida Greek

Dear All,

Last year, I developed a plain TeX template (with the option to  
include mathematical equations) to make use of the Lucida fonts from  
the TUG.  The fonts have to be individually defined in the preamble,  
thus:

\font\luci     = hlhb8t at 11.0pt   % roman bold
\font\lucj     = hlhbc8t at 11.0pt  % roman small caps
\font\luck     = hlhbi8t at 11.0pt  % roman bold italic
...


and some greek characters thus:

\mathchardef\Gamma="03D0
\mathchardef\Delta="03D1
\mathchardef\Theta="03D2
...

If anyone is interested I would be pleased to supply the template with  
an example of its use.
