[lucida] Lucida Bright installation trouble on Debian

Hi Michael,

I'm using Lucida fonts all the time. I can find no "lucida.sty" on my  
Macintosh:
    ~$ locate lucida | grep sty
    /usr/local/texlive/texmf-local/tex/latex/lucidabr/lucbmath.sty
    /usr/local/texlive/texmf-local/tex/latex/lucidabr/lucidabr.sty
    /usr/local/texlive/texmf-local/tex/latex/lucidabr/lucidbrb.sty
    /usr/local/texlive/texmf-local/tex/latex/lucidabr/lucidbry.sty
    /usr/local/texlive/texmf-local/tex/latex/lucidabr/lucmin.sty
    /usr/local/texlive/texmf-local/tex/latex/lucidabr/lucmtime.sty
    /usr/local/texlive/texmf-local/tex/latex/lucidabr/luctime.sty

Here is the process I used to install the lucida fonts. First I got  
into the 'textmf-local' directory:
    $ cd /usr/local/texlive/texmf-local
Then I installed the Lucida fonts with
    $ sudo unzip '/Users/vic/Archive/ TeX/lucida-complete.zip'
    $ sudo mktexlsr /usr/local/texlive/texmf-local
    $ sudo updmap-sys --enable Map lucida.map
Obviously the first of the above lines points to where 'lucida- 
complete.zip' is stored on my system.
