[lucida] Lucida fontset nits

Attached. Part of the problem is that the arrow heads are too small to
be easily readable. IMO that is.

Yes, that's what I was referring to. lucidasmallscale is about as large
as I'd like to go, but that still looks bigger than 10pt to my
untrained eyes, and I'd like an option as well which is close to cm.

The tt fonts are another issue there - the lucida default is also too
big for my liking. I like the option of a san-serif and a serif- or at
better half-serif tt font because I think it matches a serif text font
better, but I like to have the option. I've heard the recommendation
(from someone competent) to use LuxiMono because it looks better than
lucida... If that is not an uncommon opinion, lucidabr should also
support that as an option.

I realise that lucidabr was put together by capable volunteers, although
it should have come from Y&Y in the first place. I'll put it on my todo
list to make a start, and with documentation - no good otherwise :)
