[lucida] Microtype + lucida

    (microtype)                `T1/hlh/m/sc/10'. It cannot be protruded.

The actual Lucida Bright Small Caps font has an FL ligature -- at least
there is such a glyph visible in hlhrc8y (at position 010 octal).

However, it is indeed missing from hlhrc8t.  (FI is also missing.)  This
seems like a defect in the generation of the original TFM's.  Walter,
