[lucida] \textcopyright

With the Lucida fonts (T1 fontenc, roman), \textcopyright looks puke,
the "c" isn't centred in the circle. Looking at lbr.afm, a copyright is
defined. How do I get access to this glyph from latex? Why isn't
lucidabr.sty redefining \textcopyright appropriately?
