maps. I assume this choice makes no practical difference? I have not checked explicitly, but I assume the same fonts are listed in both sets of map files. I would also expect Thomas to either update or remove the Lucida support in the next teTeX. We updated CTAN with the new stuff ... Glad it worked out, Karl
