[lucida] Euro & small caps for complete set?

Hi,

I just purchased and installed the *complete* Lucida font
set. The filename database and map files were updated
accordingly and the 'lucida-sample.tex'  file (included with
distribution) typesets fine _except_ the \texteuro symbol 
shows as a solid black square and likewise for the sequence 
of oldstyle numerals (for LucidaBright & LucidaBright-Demi).

Has this been reported before or am I missing an 'expert' font
that was not included among the 41 available in the complete
set?
