[luatex] MySQL driver not found from inside LuaLaTeX

Hi Sergei,

I am far from an expert on LuaTeX, but AFAIR texlive/luatex does not
load any other modules, and has only some compiled in.

It cannot use the modules for the lua system installation, since it is
not the same lua (not the same version plus some patches etc etc).
