I have done some quick tests (running luatex test.tex) and the wall clock
here is roughly 0.30s  in both cases
(luatex 2022 seems to be more near to 0.29 than 0.30).
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7500U CPU @ 2.70GHz, 24GB , HDD 5400rpm
