[luatex] request to make sup_dest_names_size user configurable.

As my latex file size increased, I now get the error

   sorry [number of destination names (dest_names_size)=131072]

When compiling with lualatex. I tried all possible solutions
I can find, but keep hitting this limit. So my file now do not
compile.

This size is hardcoded in the file pdfdest.h

# define sup_dest_names_size 131072 /* max size of the destination names table for

But it is not possible to change it in texmf.cnf by users.
I have lots of RAM and lots of disk space. So I do not see why
one have to be limited and not allowed to change this value.

Could this be made configurable value that users can modify as they
want?
