[luatex] extreme slow down using pre release TL 2022 with lualatex

Thanks to everyone's help.

Update:

It is fixed now, thanks to Zauguin fix:

https://github.com/latex3/luaotfload/commit/8de37647676311d8fdd6825bd39690e97b6d9677

Changed the luaotfload-features.lua on my TL 2021 and changed it as shown
and now the same file finished compiling in about 40 minutes!
