[luatex] lyluatex compile problems

You are right, in the Lyluatex zip archive there was indeed a markdown  
README.md if I used my terminal.
But, it did not show up in my filemanager. The markdown md extension 
seemingly made the file manager ignore the file.
It would be nice to just stick to a plain old Unix text README
