Hi Ulrike, 
it seems that this document covers chapter 6 of the PDF/A
specification ("Technical requirements") completely.

In the ISO standard some sections contain more than one requirement.
In this case the document you mentioned provides a rule for each
requirement instead of for each section.  For instance

  Rule 6.1.2-1

and

  Rule 6.1.2-2

both refer to ISO-19005, section 6.1.2.

Thanks for the link, I wasn't aware of this project.  But as far as I
can see it's quite promising.
