[luatex] shrinking italics

  Sorry, replying to myself:

  In fact, switching back to TeX Live 2012, I can reproduce your exact
problem, with all the italic text in a tiny size after the first chunk,
and pdffonts reporting that Jenson Italics Caption is included in the
PDF (should have tried that first).  So if you're up for downloading 2GB
of TeX stuff this afternoon, it would seem like this would solve your
problem ;-)
