[luatex] luatex 0.74 or 0.75 for MacOSX?

Greetings!

On tlcontrib.metatex.org, I've found .tar.bz files named luatex.universal-darwin and uatex.x86_64-darwin, declared version 0.74.0 in both cases. Unfortunately, upon downloading and unpacking the files, it appears that the version isn't 0.74.x but, rather, "beta-0.70.1-2011051908 (rev 4277)"; at least that's the information I get from running "luatex --version" on the executables. I assume this is an oversight. 

Is there some other place from where I might download one of the latest versions of luatex for MacOSX? I'm somewhat indifferent between using 0.74 and 0.75. Please advise.
