[luatex] WIKI seems to be hacked

Dear All,

when I opened, for my curiosity, this page:
http://wiki.luatex.org/index.php/Special:RecentChanges

there were lot of suspicious user accounts created every day.

The WIKI seems to be target of attacker/bot... 

Any admin action should be taken asap (blocking the malicious IP address,
upgrading MediaWiki 1.16.0 to the most recent version)...
