I'd say, hmmmm, something like tex.parshape? :)

I.e., following Ingo's notation from the TeXbook:

tex.parshape = {
  {<i1>, <l1>},
  {<i2>, <l2>},
  ...
  {<in>, <ln>}
  }

As usual, all the values are given in scaled points.
