[luatex] lua script on the run

  It doesn't handle Arabic at all :-)  Although I later improved the
code to do some basic shaping (see http://code.google.com/p/mingyue/).
But given the lack of interest in the actual code (compared to the
number of people who reportedly used it), I lost interest in working on
it.
