[luatex] ligature of OpenType fonts

Hello,

you should use the package luaotfload, as almost all OTF tables work
with it (all kinds of ligatures, kernings, etc.). There is a CTAN
version working under TeX Live 2009 and with a recent LuaTeX, there is
also a development version (http://github.com/mpg/luaotfload/) that
works only with the svn version of LuaTeX (but it seems there will be
a release soon).
