How can we write with pure lua in a file opened with TeX? What I'd like
to do is something like
\openout2=test2.aux
\write2{tutu}
titi
\directlua0{texio.write(2, "titi")}
\bye
Of course, texio.sprint("\write2{titi}") is forbiden, as the idea would
be to eventually overwrite \write...
