Are you sure you have that font somewhere kpse can find it, like the
current directory? May be your font has a .otf extension? You can omit
the extension part if not sure. Also, try:

$ kpsewhich AdobeArabic-Regular.ttf

If it can't find the font, then luatex won't find it.
