ُTHanks but that code gives error for me in fact LuaTeX gives error if I
just have

\font\test1=file:AdobeArabic-Regular.ttf

and the error is

 ! LuaTeX error ./font-def.lua:337: attempt to call field 'read_from_afm' (a
nil

value).
