[lltx] luamplib: dependencies in .fls?

Which one does? As far as I know mplib does not, nor does luamplib provide for it.

For this to work as expected, luamplib would have to insert calls to kpse.record_input_file() at the appropriate places (see §10.7.2 of the luatex manual). I added these to minim-mp this morning, see [1].
