And wrappers on win32.  FYI, I added support for  "-sys" scripts some
time ago by setting:

TEXMFCONFIG = $TEXMFSYSCONFIG
TEXMFVAR = $TEXMFSYSVAR

and calling the non-sys version. Dunno if it matters, but it might if
you rely on arg[0] to check for "-sys" version.
