[latexrefman] Permission to include verbatim copy of (the translation of) some parts of the unofficial reference manual?

Dear Denis,
I am not sure about the answer, the French version of the Unofficial
contains a translation of the license, that is given for information
purpose only, but you can refer to it if the English text is unclear
to you.
The license is clear about how to handle the complete document, but
does not say anything about excerpts.
As far as I am concerned, and as a contributor to this node, I think
that for conciseness a link to the manual and another link to the
license file would suffice. In case the FAQ would make several
refrences with excerpts to the Unofficial, maybe you could have a
dedicated section giving the link to the whole document, and quoting
its license, and just refer to this section.
Maybe Karl is better opinionated than I am about this question.
