[latexrefman] Extra "[nargs]" in \renewcommand synopsis

Thank you for reporting that. I checked the source code on the repo, it
seems that this problem is already corrected. So you will get it on
https://latexref.xyz
<https://latexref.xyz/_005cnewcommand-_0026-_005crenewcommand.html> the
next time when the HTML is generated.
