[latexrefman] no inflections are tried

Jim, in r637 you have removed from node \hyphenation the « no
inflections are tried » piece of sentance: « @TeX{} will only
hyphenate if the word matches
exactly, no inflections are tried ».
I will restore it, as in many languages there are more inflections of
words than in English, so writing this is good to say IMHO as not all
the readers of the English version will use LaTeX to write English,
but quite a number of them will write in German, Polish, etc… where
there are sorts of inflections.

Any objections ?
