[latexrefman] physical paper vs online

Just for your information, in French I will translate by « l'un pour
une consultation *sur document papier* et l'autre pour une
consultation *sur
écran*. » (*…* emphasis only in this mail).
So instead of « physical paper » I say « paper document » and instead
of « online » I say « on screen ».
