[latexrefman] Command vs macro

Hello Karl,
Looking at the changes of r798 compared to previous version of
latex2e.texi r796, I noticed that you inserted a space between
«\write» and «@var{number}» in the synopsis.
I have no objection against this space, except that for consistency
shouldn't we do the same for commands like \read, and other commands
that take a number argument.
