Indeed, clearly copied from a previous menu :).

    This menu description is confusing. I propose to change it to
    «Input LaTeX code from the command line»

Well, it's not really about "input", and it's not really "from" the
command line, either. So I suggest:

* Command line input::       Specify LaTeX code on the command line.


Also, the preceding menu item for "Command line options" is likewise a
stale copy:
* Command line options::     Read text from the terminal.

For this, what comes to mind is:
* Command line options::     Commonly-used command line options.
