[latexrefman] Command vs macro

Hello gentlemen,
I bring this http://svn.gnu.org.ua/viewvc/latexrefman/trunk/latex2e.texi?r1=760&r2=777
to your attention.
Along with some other less controversial changes, I replaced word «
command » by word « macro » in several places to insist on this that
only expansion is considered here, not execution.

Does it sound better to you too ?
