Refreshing the French translation I came across this statement:

  The @code{\includeonly} command controls which files will be read by
  @LaTeX{} under subsequent @code{\include} commands.  Its list of
  filenames is comma-separated, and it can only appear in the
  preamble.

AFAIK this is unaccurate: the \includeonly can also be on the command
line, ie before the \documentclass.

Am I wrong ?
