[latexrefman] Add acknowledgement

I hope everyone feels the same way, that a reference is not a tutorial, but some amount of covering shrinking and stretching seemed to me to be natural. I don't know about illustrating it in the manual,and I didn't, but a few boxes that a confused person could try inside LaTeX did seem a fit.  I was grousing about my not entirely satisfactory examples, and I'm sorry if I started a hare.

    The @cartouche command can be used to make a box, if you just want to
    box some text.

Yes, but for showing precise box dimensions, @cartouche is useless.
It's for "boxing" text as a display (as you know).
