[latexrefman] @noindent

In the HTML it is easy to miss putting @noindent after an @end example. But the PDF makes it clear that I am often getting that wrong. So I did a pass inserting those.

Also, I am not seeing that the overfull's are gone from the index. Here is part of the output of make:

[240]
Overfull \hbox (34.24292pt too wide) in paragraph at lines 18398--18398
 [][][]@smalltt http://puszcza.gnu.org.ua/software/latexrefman/[][][] |

Overfull \hbox (108.17473pt too wide) in paragraph at lines 18398--18398
 []@smalltt interaction=[batchmode|nonstopmode|scrollmode|errorstopmode][][] [
][]@smallrm 217[][] |
[241] [242] [243] )

I googled "metavar" but I was not enlightned, sorry. My svn is updated.

Jim
