Added \par.  Emphasize that it is better in most cases for casual users to use a blank line.

Adjust Modes, because need to say when \par is not OK.  List all six modes, as well as inner paragraph and outer paragraph.

Combine \indent and \noindent, and add examples of differences with \par and \\.
