Got to Footnotes.  Adjusted some examples that were there, added new ones.  Moved parameters to \footnote description, since that is my sense of how we handle that for other commands.  Also said there how to change the parameters.   Brought subsection on multiple references to the same footnote into \footnotemark with other such examples.
