 Feedback for submitter:

  WRT date of last change:
  ChangeLog and README said "2017-08-06", so I preferred that
  to the unobtrusive date in NEWS, and the one in the upload info
  (above) which is now buried in our email archives anyway.

 The update has been installed on our central server and will
 be announced about 24 hours later, when the mirrors have had
 enough time to pick up the new files.
