[latexrefman-discuss] Translation to Spanish

In the first place I want to congratulate them by the
reference manual that has created.

It seemed to me so excellent compilation that I made
the decision to translate it to the Spanish, therefore
attached shipment the resulting file, so that (if it
seems to them good idea) they publish it along with
the original one, thanks.
