Revert to \__kernel_tl_gset:Nx (#1416)
Together with
1f45ced8 (Revert to \__kernel_tl_set:Nx, 2024-01-10)
now the effect of
9dd74fcf (Swiitch \__kernel_tl_(g)set:Nx to :Ne, 2023-09-25)
were totally reverted.
