in the commit message if you do one, but the fact that you got a failure 
when you shouldn't have, shows that something is wrong, so [ci skip] is 
usually not a good idea because mistakes can happen even in *totally 
safe ... but I only edited the documentation* changes.

this time it looks like a system failure though.
