I had readded "automatically" last time and commented on it separately. 
I think the word should be added because it is otherwise not clear that 
this declaration is behind the scene and not to be done by the user. 
While technically correct as it is now a reader has to think twice that 
he doesn't need to do the declaration and in fact with cmd/... hooks 
making the mistake of saying \NewHook is deadly.
