    Ltnews33 final (#573)
    
    * text draft for #478
    
    * spell checking and shuffling of sections
    
    * fixed a number of doubled words
    
    * copy-edit by CAR, some comments by me
    
    * Restructurung the issues into sections
    
    * Housekeeping
    
    To keep track of drafts
    
    * drop double word
    
    * Interim version
    
    Awaiting new section typo plus some answers.
    
    * dropped resolved comments; added a few new ones; fixed a typo or two
    
    * run two paras together to get better linebreaking

    Needs checking for many things
